AF² GES is a Black-owned, Black-managed and Black-controlled enterprise. The management team tasked with the daily operations is 100% Black. The Board-of-Directors comprises of one (1) Black Female Shareholder (Majority Shareholding) and three (3) Black male directors.
AF² GES employees are beneficiaries of the Skills Development Plan submitted for a mandatory grant for Workplace Skills implementation to CHIETA on an annual basis.
Our executive team actively seeks to redress imbalances of the past and will persevere to identify areas of participation in CSI, which include involvement in community development and partnering with our suppliers and clients on developmental programmes.
AF² GES qualifies as an Exempted Micro Enterprise and as such is a Level 1 BEE contributor enterprise.
AF² GES makes a concerted effort to procure and secure services from BEE suppliers as part of the enterprises’ efforts towards achieving the national objectives of SMME development.
